King of AEO Podcast

How to listen to the King of AEO podcast

There is no single app this show is locked to. The audio sits behind a standard RSS feed that any podcast app can read, each episode also carries a direct video link where one exists, and every episode page will simply play the audio in your browser if you would rather not open another app at all.

What is the feed address, and which apps take it?

The feed address is `https://kingofaeopodcast.com/rss.xml`. Paste that into the add-a-show-by-URL option in any standard podcast app and new episodes will arrive there automatically as they go live, at the same moment they appear on this site's episode index.

The feed is also the one being submitted to Apple Podcasts Connect and to Spotify for Creators, so the show can be found by searching inside those apps once the listing clears review, without needing the raw URL at all.

Part 2

Can I just watch instead of subscribing to audio?

Yes, when an episode has a companion video, the video link sits right on that episode's page and on the home page for the current release. A full catalogue of released videos is also kept as a playlist, so you can work through the back catalogue in one sitting without hunting for each link separately.

Part 3

Where is the audio file itself actually hosted?

The audio files are stored on Cloudflare's object storage and served from there, kept apart from the pages that describe each episode. That split keeps episode pages loading quickly even as a larger audio file streams in the background, and it means the audio link in the feed stays stable even if the site's design changes later.

Part 4

Do I need to do anything when a corrected episode replaces an old one?

No action is needed on your part. Because a correction is published as a brand new episode with its own identifier rather than an edit to the old one, your podcast app will simply show it as a new release in the feed, the same as any other episode. The withdrawn release drops out of the feed on its own; nothing is left behind for a listener to clean up.

Part 5

What if my podcast app or browser cannot play the audio?

Try the direct episode page first: the audio player there loads the file straight from its storage address, with no feed parsing in between, so it is the simplest thing to test if a podcast app is stuck. If the file genuinely will not load, the video on YouTube carries the same audio track and is a reliable fallback while the issue gets sorted.

Most playback problems trace back to an app that cached the feed before a new episode was added, rather than a broken file. Removing and re-adding the feed address in the app usually clears that, since it forces a fresh read of the current episode list instead of the stale one the app kept.
